Terms of service

Payment

Payment for goods must be made prior to dispatch. We accept credit cards only.

Wessen Group Limited will not be held responsible for the late dispatch of goods on the ground that a payment is declined.

 

Postage and Packing

A flat rate of HKD30 postage and packing is added to your order Hong Kong addresses only.

Free postage is offered for all orders of HKD500 and above for Hong Kong addresses only.

Orders

Orders (once paid) will be dispatched within 2-14 working days (for available stock). Orders are to be delivered within Hong Kong only. For address outside of Hong Kong, please contact us at 2754 0383/ info@swissobaby.com

Orders are automatically processed by online system. Once payment has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Wessen Group Limited reserves the orders acceptance of the final decision.

 

Delivery

Once we have received your payment, you will receive an email confirmation of the order.

Parcels dispatched by courier may require a signature upon delivery, should you not be at the address specified, during normal office hours, please advise us of a suitable time for delivery or an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the receipt of your parcel.

If you request special delivery instructions where you are unable to sign for the goods, Wessen Group Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the goods.

Please allow 2-14 working days for parcels arriving by courier. Delivery time is Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm (no delivery service is provided on Public Holiday).

About product exchange

Official receipt from Swissnatürlich (Wessen Group Limited) is required for product exchange within 7 days after purchase. Returned products must be in original condition , unopened with all packing and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging. For hygiene reason, we cannot accept product already opened or used. Also, we do not have refund services. Swissnatürlich (Wessen Group Limited) reserves the right to decide whether an exchange is granted or not. When exchanging the product, if the price of the exchange product is under the returned product, no refund is given. Customers can only change products by Swissnatürlich customers service center. If you receive the product, please check if there is any damage. If the product is not the same as ordered or is damaged, please contact us within two day. We will send the right product and collect the wrong or damaged product as soon as possible.

 

Wessen Group Limited (Swissnatürlich ) reserves the right to make the final decision for any discrepancy of the above terms and conditions.
